LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICES.
We offer Residential and Commercial Lawn Mowing Services. Up to 3 Acres in size.
Our Rate for lawn mowing is $40 per hour, per person. Minimum 1 hour charge. With regular scheduling our rate is $35 per hour, per person, minimum 1 hour charge.
We can also completely take away and dispose of the bags of clippings, for an additional $20.
For acre sized yards, our rate is per acre, and is:
-$200 for 1 acre
-$350 for 2 acres
-$500 for 3 acres.
We offer regular scheduling for weekly to monthly visits.
Whipper snipping: Residential/commercial
Our rate for whipper snipping is based by hour, Per person. And is $30 an hour. Minimum 1 hour charge.
This rate includes: Arriving to your location, any areas you want whipper-snipped, collecting the loose grass if you'd like, and the supplies to do so.
We offer scheduling for one time - weekly - bi-weekly - monthly visits.
Leaf cleanup:
.Our rate for leaf cleaning based per square footage, and is:

-$60 per 500 square feet.

-$120 per 1000 square feet.

Pet poop pickup:
Our rate for picking up pet poop is based by hour, and is $30 an hour. Minimum 1 hour charge.
This rate includes: Arrival to your location, every poop picked up into bags, brought to the curb for you, and the supplies to do so.
We also offer services to take away and dispose of the bags for An additional $20.
We offer scheduling for one time - weekly - bi-weekly - monthly visits.
TREE SERVICES.
Tree/Pruning: Residential and Commercial.
We offer Residential and commercial tree pruning services.
Our rate for tree pruning is $50 to $100 per tree + travel time fees. With a max height of 20 feet per tree.
We can also remove and dispose of the branches for an additional $50 - $125.
We offer residential and commercial tree branch trimming services.
Our rate for tree branch trimming is based per branch, and is $25 to $50 per branch, depending on the size, and height of the branch. + travel fees.
This rate includes removal and disposal of the branches as well.
There is a maximum branch thickness of 7 inches that we are capable of removing.
We offer residential and commercial hedge and bush trimming services.
Our rate for Hedge/Bush trimming is based per hour, and is $50 per hour, per person. Minimum 1 hour charge. This includes bagging of the clippings afterwards. and disposal of them off site.
SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES.
We offer Residential and commercial Driveway/Sidewalk snow removal.
Our rate for driveway snow removal is based per hour, and is $35 per hour, per person, minimum 1 hour charge. We can add salt where requested for an additional $10.
This rate includes: Arrival to your location, removal of all surface snow, ice scraping of all ice down to the cement, on your driveway, sidewalks and pathways, ice salt anywhere you'd like, and the supplies to do so.
We offer scheduling for weekly - bi-weekly - monthly, or when it snows.
Roof Snow Removal: Residential/commercial
Our rate for Roof snow removal is based by square foot, and upon the pitch, and height of your roof.
We do from 1/12 pitch - 6/12 pitch, 1 story - 3 story.
The pitch of your roof is how many inches the roof rises, per every 12 inches towards the peak.
1/12 - 4/12 pitch: $0.25 per square foot. 1 story $0 additional fee. 2 story: $20 additional fee. 3 story additional fee: $30.
5/12 - 6/12 pitch: $0.35 per square foot. 1 story: $0 additional fee. 2 story: $25 additional fee. 3 story: $35 additional fee.
If you have a flat roof, the rate is $0.25 per square foot.
This rate includes: Arrival to your location, every roof area you'd like shovelled, path clearing afterwards if needed, and the supplies to do so.
YARD SERVICES.
Rototilling: Residential and Commercial.
Our rate for Rototilling is based by hour, and is $40 an hour. Minimum one hour charge.
This rate includes: Arrival at your location, Tilling of all desired areas, removal of weeds and debris, and we can get your garden ready with lines in the dirt for you to plant your seeds, and the disposal of weeds and debris, and the supplies to do so.
Wood Cutting:
We offer Firewood cutting services for $30 per hour, per person, minimum 1 hour charge.
We can make you kindling to big quarters or half's to maintain a thriving fire.
We can also come pick up, and deliver your firewood for an additional $30 per hour charge, per person.
Weed killing:
Our rate for weed killing is based by fixed square footage amounts, and are:
$60 for spot treatments.
$80 for up to 500 square feet of yard.
$130 for up to 1000 square feet, of yard.
$250 for up to 2000 square feet of yard.
These rates include: The supplies needed, and spraying of all affected areas
Hedge/Bush trimming:
Our rate for Hedge/Bush trimming is based by hour, and is $50 per hour. Minimum one hour charge.
This rate includes: Arriving at your location, trimming of all designated hedges and or bushes, bagging of loose debris, and the equipment and supplies to do so.
We can also: Bag up and dispose of the debris for an additional $20 charge.
Leaf/Dust blowing:
Our rate for Leaf/Dust blowing is based by hour, and is $30 per hour. Minimum 1 hour charge.
This rate includes: Arrival to your location, blow removal of any dust, debris, leafs etc that you want gone, and the supplies/materials to do so.
Mulch Spreading:
Our rate for Mulch Spreading is based by hour, and is $40 per hour. Minimum 1 hour charge.
This rate includes: Arrival to your location, Mulching of leafs and placing it where you'd like, and the supplies and materials to do so.
EXTERIOR CLEANING SERVICES.
Exterior Window Cleaning:
Our rate for exterior window cleaning is based per window, and by the height at which each window is located. Plus an additional $20 per hour drive and setup/down time.
Single story windows: $5 each.
Second story windows: $8 each.
Third story windows: $10 each.
This rate includes: Arrival to your location, every window you'd like cleaned and the supplies to do so.
We offer scheduling for bi-weekly - monthly visits
Pressure Washing: Residential/commercial
Our rate for pressure washing is based upon what we are washing, and by the square foot.
We offer pressure washing services for: fences, siding or the side of your house, roofs, driveways/cement areas, decks and other various structures.
Fences: $0.30 per square foot.
Siding/side of houses: $0.25 per square foot.
Driveways/cement areas: $0.25 per square foot
Surface cleaning: $0.30 per square foot
Pressure Brooming: $0.30 per square foot.
Other various structures/surfaces. please inquire with specific information on the job.
This rate includes: Arrival at your location, all surfaces you'd like pressure washed, and all the supplies to do so. Including soap specific to what your need is.
Gutter Cleaning: Residential/commercial.
Our rate for Gutter cleaning is based upon the height at which it's located. Plus an additional $20 per hour drive setup/down time.
Single story: $0.30 per linear foot.
Double story: $0.50 per linear foot.
Triple story: $0.70 per linear foot.
This rate includes: Arrival at your location, cleaning of all your desired gutters, putting the debris into bags, bringing the bags to the curb, and the supplies to do so.
We also offer services to take away and dispose of the bags for an additional $20.
INTERIOR CLEANING SERVICES.
Residential Cleaning:
Our rate for Residential cleaning is based by hour, Per person and is $35 an hour. Minimum 1 hour charge.

This rate includes: Arrival your location, cleaning of floors, counters, bathrooms, interior windows, dusting/wiping of extra surfaces, and the supplies to do so.

Event Cleanup:
Our rate for post event cleanup is based by hour, Per person. and is $30 an hour. Minimum 1 hour charge.
This rate includes: Arrival to your location, Emptying all garbage cans, replacing the bag, and taking it to your designated area. Collecting all recyclable materials, and taking them to your designated area (if applicable). Wiping down all counters, sinks, and table tops. Clean finger prints off of mirrors and windows. Collect and dispose of all loose debris. Sweeping and mopping of the floor. Fold up and put any any tables or chairs. Removal of all decorations, (set aside unless specified to dispose.) Cleaning of the doors, door handles, faucet handles, and toilets, and loading of the dishwasher. And the supplies to do so.
We also offer services to remove the garbage from your residence entirely, for an additional $20 fee.
Commercial Cleaning:
Our rate for Commercial building cleaning is based by hour, Per person and is $40 an hour. Minimum 1 hour charge.

Bulk Packages.
We offer bulk packages with multiple services, at a discounted price of what each service would be combined. These packages are good for a complete rejuvenation and revitalisation of different areas of your property.
Snow Removal Package: $60 per hour.
Includes: Roof snow removal, Driveway snow removal, Deck snow removal. (bring cement areas including sidewalks, free of ice, back down to the cement, while adding ice salt to the final product. And the supplies to do so.
Roof Care Package: $55 per hour.
Includes: Roof cleaning and Gutter Cleaning. Removal and disposal of all debris on the roof and in the gutters, and spray the grime away.
Pressure Washing Package: $0.55 per square foot.
Includes: Fences, siding, driveways/cement areas and other specified areas if requested. And the supplies to do so.
Lawn Care Package: $50-$60 per hour.
Includes: Lawn mowing and whipper snipping, raking if necessary, and the baggage and disposal of bags if requested, and the supplies to do so.
Ultimate Lawn Care Package: $85-$100 per hour.
Includes: Poop cleanup, leaf cleanup, lawn mowing, whipper snipping, and raking if necessary. Also cleanup and disposal of the bags, and the supplies to do so.
Tree Care Package: $25 and hour, 20% off removal services.
Includes: Tree trimming/pruning and tree/bush removal. Also the disposal of branches, and trees/bushes at 20% off.
