Existing Lawn New Sod Installation.
We offer residential and commercial existing lawn, sod installation services.
Our rate for existing lawn sod installation is based per square foot, and is $2.00 to $2.75 per square foot.
***NOTE*** we cannot take out the existing lawn as new sod, we rototill the ground, level it, and install the new sod
This rate includes: Arrival to your location, tilling of the lawn, levelling afterwards, installation of the new sod, and disposal of any materials or debris.
When you submit a request:
Make sure you include: Your full name, your phone number or email and what service or services you would like done. Aswell as a possibledate you would like it done around.
If you are interested in scheduling regular visits at set intervals, make sure you mention that as well. And any other additional remarks you'd like to add.
Just fill out the contact form and it will automatically send an email to us with all the information.
We accept: Cash, e-transfer, credit card and debit card.
Payment is collected at the end of the job.
If you do not live or have a business within the set service areas (Grande Prairie, Clairmont, Sexsmith or Wembley), there would be an additional travel fee. This fee will depend on how far out of our service zone you are and if we are hauling anything away after.
***if the service takes less then 1 hour, there will still be a 1 hour minimum charge per person. (If applicable)*** After 1 hour, we do 30 minute and 15 minute increments.
GST is not included in the listed prices.
